GWNZ AGM 2024 Programme: In person and by Zoom

Friday, 11 October 2024:
6:00 PM - Otago Museum, Barclay Theatre:
GWO Welcome – buffet dinner and drinks, followed by a private film screening, Merkel (2022), at approximately 7:15 PM.

Saturday, 12 October 2024:

Upstairs HD Skinner Annex, Otago Museum Reserve
(corner of Great King Street and Albany Streets)  
9:15 AM - Tea and coffee on arrival  
10:00 AM - GWNZ 39th AGM and GWNZ Charitable Trust  (CT) AGM 
12:30 PM - Lunch  
1:15 PM - Workshop 1  
1:45 PM - Workshop 2  
7:00 PM - Dinner at Luna Restaurant and Bar

We hope all GWNZ members can join us in Dunedin, either in person or virtually, for the AGM. If you attend in person, we invite you to enjoy the festivities organised by Graduate Women Otago (GWO) for this special occasion.

• GWO members do not have to attend everything to participate.
• While we would encourage you to join us for the full AGM on Saturday, you may
• like to only attend part of the meeting.
• Please note that all venues for the Friday, the AGM Saturday sessions and the
• evening dinner are disabled access venues.
• The only personal cost for members attending will be for the Saturday evening
• dinner.
