Graduate Women Otago (GWO) is a vibrant dynamic branch of community minded women working towards improving the education and general state of women, youth and young children across New Zealand and internationally. GWO was established in 1921 and we are the oldest Graduate Women branch in New Zealand.
Along with excellent networking opportunities, Graduate Women Otago and Graduate Women Otago Charitable Trust offer a range of scholarships to extend education and advance career opportunities for women.
GWO is extremely proud of our long standing members in our branch, many with histories exceeding two to three decades with our branch. We celebrate their acheivements and appreciate the wisdom and expertise shared freely amongst us.
Our GWO meetings are held on the last Thursday of every month. We offer a light refreshment and an opportunity to meet our members and inspirational guest speakers.
